In 2014 and 2015, I created a cross-channel digital campaign to promote Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s Safe Healthy Strong conference for health and education professionals. I’ve provided examples from the 2015 conference promotion campaign.
Website
I designed the conference website to include conference overviews, registration information, presenter bios, sessions by day and sessions by track. Each page provided intentional navigation to related content and CTAs.
Social Media
The conference was promoted on Facebook and Twitter using #safehealthystrong. Save the date messages and graphics were posted months in advance and as the conference approached, encouraged registration. Promoted posts targeted professionals in a tri-state area who liked pages the PPWI account followed.
